The Old Stash Giveaway! {NOW CLOSED}

(This post is part of my Frosty Festivities 2013 Blog Event)

I didn’t have as many sponsored giveaways for this event, mainly because I wasn’t organised enough to contact anyone (except the lovely Obstinate Pursuit and SJ Crafts, because they’re my friends!). So I decided we needed one last giveaway, and I pulled together some old papers and a stamp, plus some new wood veneers and resin flowers {GIVEAWAY NOW CLOSED}:

I’m sure I’ll throw in a lot more things before I post the prize off too. Including a roll of glitter ribbon which was supposed to be in the photo, but I didn’t realise it had rolled off the table!

As the prize includes some old stash, I thought I’d show off a few old projects! Sorry if you’ve seen these before (on my blog or on the SJ Crafts blog), but I like them!

Christmas Photo Shoot:

We do a Christmas kids photo shoot each year – this photo is my daughter in 2008!

Deck the Halls:

I love the little face I made for this snowman using black pearls for coal.

Magical Moments:

I used the Studio Calico Burst Mask to mist this page, then added lots more splattered mist on top – I like the snowy magical effect.

‘Tis The Season:

I followed THIS TUTORIAL at Meghann’s Little Corner to make the washi feather on this card. I want more of this gold trim and can’t find it anywhere!

Be Inspired:

Look back on an old project to reminisce or to scraplift your own work

I think my favorites are the spool ornament, the wreath out of the wool dress, and all of the cards. Actually it was hard to narrow it down. I’ve pinned several projects and am getting out the supplies for the spool ornament. Thanks again!

Jennifer it is very difficult to choose. I adore everything you create as there is always a twist to how you see texture, colours and dimension. I would have to say right now I am really loving all your cards. Thanks for this give-away.

LOVE stash giveaways!!! Thanks for sharing your bounty with us. 🙂

I think my favorite project was the resist misting technique on the Triangle Trees post. It got me inspired to try resist embossing for the first time last night. 🙂 I don’t have any mists, but this was the same idea. It was loads of fun. Thanks for the tips and inspiration!!

  • I am going to have to try one of those washi feathers. All of these projects are adorable, of course. But my favorite is that first layout. There is just something about that piece of wide gold ribbon that is stunning.

So many great ideas it’s difficult to choose. I liked the shaker pouch of falling snowflakes, but my absolute favourite LO is the ‘Bead Buddies’. Loved all the pink and the polka dots.
