Scrap365 June Sketch and One Boy’s Story Page!
It’s time for the June Scrap365 Sketch Challenge! This month’s sketch is so much fun:
(Based on the artwork of Ulrika Wandler)
This month we have another fantastic sponsor:
Here’s a bit about 13 Arts:
13 arts is a Polish manufacturer of papers, stencils and variety of embellishments and mixed media art products: inks, mists, paints, acrylic modeling paste, gesso, gel medium, 3D powders etc. It was created by Aida Domisiewicz aka Ayeeda as a result of her passion for mixed media art. The company is developing fast and is already widely known in different countries.
Our clients praise 13 arts goods for their great quality and very good prices. The papers are thick, just perfect for mixed media techniques and they all have unique design. We constantly work on new products, so there is more to come from us.
For more information, tutorials, challenges and tons of inspiring projects by our DT please visit our blog: http://13artspl.blogspot.com and our FB site https://www.facebook.com/pages/13-arts/109495949201382 . Thank you Scrap 365 for this great opportunity to present our products – Ayeeda
And just look at the gorgeous prize up for grabs this month:
Lots of pretty things going to one lucky winner!
Here’s the page I’ve made to inspire you to enter…
One Boy’s Story:
I really really loved making this page! I used the Timeless Collection because 13 Arts sent out items to all the team, aren’t they lovely?! I also used their ‘Matte Cobalt’ Ayeeda Paint, which I used to paint the Frame #2 which I then cut into a few pieces to spread around my page:
I also mixed the same paint with some modelling paste through a stencil to make the stars on the background:
I loved the ‘One Boy’s Story’ sticker so much that I used it for my title!
The journaling reads:
At my 30th birthday party you couldn’t walk yet, but boy could you crawl. And of course it was wet and muddy and you got completely soaked. But you were so happy to be free and outdoors, so I laughed and smiled and worried about the mud later on – life’s for living! xxx
I am very happy to have another page made about my son, I have so many pages of my daughter on her own but because he came along second he doesn’t always get a layout to himself!
What do you think? Will you enter this month? Don’t forget to check out the Scrap365 blog to check out more inspiration from the Design Team!
Bye for now, Jennifer x
