Chalk Studio Layouts – Mixing It Up!

Hello!

I was excited to recieve some My Mind’s Eye Chalk Studio goodies for my recent DT parcel from SJ Crafts. My first post using these products just went live on the SJ Crafts Blog, so go check it out! Today I’m sharing these layouts…

Muddy Puddles:

For the above layout I mixed Chalk Studio with some other MME products, from the Cut & Paste – Charm and Find Your Wing’s And Fly – Sky’s the Limit collections. I especially love how the chalkboard Decorative Frames help my small photos stand out on the big page!

For my second layout I mixed it up even more, using the Chalk Studio items with collections from other manufacturers, including Basic Grey’s Mint Julep, Glitz Designs Wild & Free, and Crate Paper’s The Pier!

If you want to find out more about how I put these layout together, and see some detail photos, then check out my post at SJ Crafts right HERE! I’ll be back with some Chalk Studio cards later this week.

Thanks for stopping by!

  • Just love the first LO. I’ve only made one purchase this year after Summer CHA and it was a My Minds Eye collection but nt this one. Think you may have tempted me to buy some more!

Perhaps it will get my mojo going as I have not done any scraping for past 2 months and only Project Life since May. This is from someone who managed to scrap everyday last year!

  • I love that first layout! When I try and do something spaced out it looks all disjointed but your use of space there is brilliant.

  • The black is so effective on these pages! I really like the way you’ve used these frames so creatively with the softer colours. Very striking!

  • Great layouts! I love them both, but the first is my favourite as it reminds me of my two at that age!
