A Giveaway! From my Etsy Shop Happy Scatter! {NOW CLOSED}

(This post is part of my Refresh Your Craft & Soul Blog Event – see the beginning HERE!)

Eagle-eyed readers will have spotted the mention of my Etsy Shop ‘Happy Scatter’ on the event announcement post, but now I’ll tell you more about it! Read on for a discount code and a giveaway!

Happy Scatter Etsy Shop by Jennifer Grace

I’ve been learning how to use Adobe Illustrator this year, and I soon realised I’d be able to design some fun embellishments and stencils!

I wanted some to match this event, so the first ones I created featured raindrops and ‘life is good’ phrases, this became the ‘How Refreshing’ mini collection. Then I decided I had to make some beach themed items too, because I do love the sea, and I can never get enough seaside themed products! So I made another mini collection called ‘Seaside Smiles’.

Check them both out in this video:

What do you think? I know there’s only a few bits so far, but I have lots of ideas for more if things go well!

If you own a cutting machine that can cut SVG’s then the Die Cut Cards are available as Cut Files too (as well as physical product)!

If you are tempted to buy an item or two, then here’s a discount code, valid until Monday night (9th June)… for 10% off just use the code ‘Refresh2014’ during checkout! There’s no minimum order!

How about a giveaway?

One winner will receive their choice of either the ‘How Refreshing’ or the ‘Seaside Smiles’ mini collection – one of each item (Stencil, Die Cut Cards, Wood Veneers, Cut File).

Which collection would you choose?

Happy Scatter Etsy Shop Items

All you have to do to enter this giveaway  {NOW CLOSED} is tell me what else you’d like to see in the Happy Scatter shop? What kind of embellishments can you not get enough of?

If the winner has already purchased some items from the shop then I will either refund them (up to the value of one collection) or they can wait to see what the next collection will be and receive that instead!

This giveaway will close on Monday the 9th of June at 10.59pm BST. It’s is open internationally. The winner will be announced on Thursday the 12th of June, so make sure you check back to see if you’ve won!

Remember that commenting on this post, and any other over this weekend, will count as another entry into the Grand Giveaway, but only if you’ve registered your interest in winning that prize right HERE!  {NOW CLOSED}

I’ll see you again at 9pm!

I love the die cut cards, but don’t have a digital die cutting machine, so would love the ability to buy them for a reasonable price

Very reasonable! I typed the comment before going off to your shop. Would love to see other designs too in response to your question about what else we’d like to see.

  • I have a feeling your shop will do really well. All items are super cute and it’s a tough decision to choose between them all. I’d have to go with more background stencils…..cos i have a thing about them at the moment. I love the raindrops…would be good to see others designs in your shop x x

  • sorry….me again. I would love to see sports items in wood veneers…specifically rugby. I just don’t seem to be able to get any rugby related embellies for the millions of rugby photos i have to scrap!! x

    June 6, 2014 at 8:15 pm
  • Really like the random placement of the rain drops,
Having got a teen boy I’d love to see masks that are geometric in design &/or to create the look of textures such as material weave, bricks, steel grate etc.
    & I always have a thing for skulls & bats 😀

    June 6, 2014 at 8:20 pm
  • I love the stencils because of the all over and small pattern. I like the idea of sports embellishments.
Also, celestial (stars, moon, saturn, etc.) and birds would both be good.
Maybe a cocktail or wine set?

Jennifer I love them all and I am so glad you did the video to show them off. They really shine in your video. Great, great designs – all of them. If I had to choose it would be, “How Refreshing”. How about arrows as in bow and arrow and hearts of course!

  • sheena

I’d like to see some cork embellishments maybe arrows, hearts…

    June 6, 2014 at 8:32 pm
  • I don’t have an electronic die cutter machine so love the idea of your handmade cards and stencils. I guess you could actually custom make orders for people if necessary. I will be looking in your shop and I am not sure I can choose between the 2 sets but I am buying lots of sea themed items at the moment so will go for seaside smiles xxx

    June 6, 2014 at 8:41 pm
  • love Flair ! that could be something to add to these adorable sets xx

    June 6, 2014 at 8:44 pm
  • What a choice!….almost too hard. I lean towards the Sea set so, if I win, I guess I’ll just have to go buy the other. One thing I can never find is travel related words and phrases. I also love unusual stencils for backgrounds, and would love to get one with old-fashioned shorthand, or algebra, or even vintage-style bookkeeping.

    June 6, 2014 at 8:59 pm
  • Adorable items, Jennifer!

I adore both sets Jennifer but as you know I also love the beach and make a lot of seaside themed layouts too so I think Seaside Smiles is my favourite. Having seen these for real this morning and see the fab quality and design I’m very tempted with the die cut cards and feel a little shopping spree coming on! xx

    June 6, 2014 at 9:26 pm
  • ooooh love them! I lean towards “How Refreshing” if I had to choose. “Happy Scatters” is such a perfect name for your shop too, makes me think of Jennifer-style pages! :o)

    June 6, 2014 at 9:39 pm
  • I could use any of those. I would love to see wine glasses and bottles, I could REALLY use those 🙂

    June 6, 2014 at 9:43 pm
  • Patricia

2 super cute sets! I love just your basic kind of embellishments- circles, stars and hearts- different size shapes and styles are always fun!

    June 6, 2014 at 10:24 pm
  • Lindsay

My favorite embellishments are printables honestly. I also love enamel dot or things similar. Tiny little addition embellies. Flare is always nice too. I like non specific stencil/masks.

  • I think the die-cut cards are just brilliant – they are sure to be popular! Some UK-English words like Favo*u*rite/Colo*u*r Me Happy are sure to appeal to us Brits too 🙂
I’d like to see arrows too, possibly with words like “Here” “There” “This” “That” “You” “Me” cut out from them. I don’t have a cutting machine so I’d like a source of cheap cards with words cut out from them (shapes I can probably manage by hand).
Good luck with your new venture xxx

I would like to see more wood veneer frames or die cut frames. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with using them to spice up my pages :3

    June 7, 2014 at 1:05 am
  • Congratulations on opening your shop Jennifer – love everything in it so far! I am a bit of a wood veneer addict so I would love to see more wood veneer designs! I also live by the seaside but here in Vancouver it rains all the time *sigh* .. so if I’m selected as the winner I’d have to go with the ‘How Refreshing’ collection 🙂

    June 7, 2014 at 1:09 am
  • These are really creative & adorable!!!
How about a travel set? Simple N S E W in a circle, maybe a sign shape, dotted line for a road marking, curvy arrow, “detour” word – okay, that’s all I can think of 🙂

You have some fabulous suggestions so far-love the ideas of cork embellies, wine/ foodie set, travel, cameras

    June 7, 2014 at 2:57 am
  • I really like the How Refreshing collection as I think it could be used for a variety of layouts & cards & projects. I’ve really liked using wood veneers lately & have been watching for new ones to add to my stash & use on projects, so that would my suggestion for the shop.

    June 7, 2014 at 3:03 am
  • Both sets are fantastic. I like the umbrella one the best I think. How about some boy or man items? Tools, skateboard, car etc..

    June 7, 2014 at 11:41 am

LOVELOVELOVE Seaside Smiles! These would be perfect for my by the sea project I am working on! I would love to see die cut words! I dislike cutting words out so I can’t get enough of them! Maybe an assortment pack with lots of different words. Mom, Dad, Meemaw, Bumpah, Love, Granddaughter, Grandson, Grandchilldren, Son, Happy, Day, Fun, Play, Relax etc. Thanks for listening!

    June 7, 2014 at 7:56 pm
  • Welly boots in veneers and die cut files! I can never get enough travel themed stuff that’s fairly generic instead of aimed at USA etc. LOVING the bits and pieces in your shop!

Cute collections! I have to say while I like the seaside one, the How Refreshing sings to me. I think your cards are really cute- I’d probably say add some more of them at this point.
